About This Race
Hamster Endurance Runs is a timed ultra at Lake Padden in Bellingham, Washington, with 6-, 12-, 24-, and 32-hour options. You’ll run (and walk) a repeatable loop on a wide, non-technical gravel path through classic PNW forest, which keeps you close to aid, crew, and the finish-line community throughout your race.
The loop is about 2.6 miles with roughly 150 feet of climbing per lap — enough to keep it honest while still being very runnable. Entry fees support Whatcom Family YMCA’s Girls on the Run, and runners who hit 100 miles in their time category earn a belt buckle.
