About This Distance
New for 2026. A 15 mile loop that grinds up Burma Road to the Gray Butte aid station, pushes to the summit, then rips a fast descent back into Smith Rock State Park. 3,300 ft of gain stacked into a compact course.
Short in distance, long in effort. Cascade views from Mount Hood to Mount Bachelor, and a finish line celebration shared with 50K runners.
Course Details
9AM Saturday start from the Smith Rock State Park start/finish. One aid station at Gray Butte (not crew-accessible). Cut-off at Gray Butte AS the first time through (mile 5.2) is 11AM. Six hour course limit.
No drop bags. Off-site parking at DD Ranch with free shuttle service.
