A loop-style 50K that weaves through nearly every trail inside Smith Rock State Park before arcing out around Gray Butte. 5,000 ft of gain matched by 5,000 ft of loss, including the unrelenting Misery Ridge climb and a pass directly below the flanks of Monkey Face.

85 percent single track, 15 percent double track and dirt road, four fully stocked aid stations. This is the main event of the weekend and one of the most scenic 50Ks in Oregon.

7AM Saturday start from the Smith Rock State Park start/finish area. 10 hour course limit (finish by 5PM). Crew access at AS1 (Smith Rock) only.

No drop bags. No pacers (permit restriction). All participants park off-site at DD Ranch with free shuttle service beginning at 5:30AM on race morning.
